Buying and selling a home - regardless of price - is a big decision. Whether this is your first home or tenth, I am here to make sure your transaction is handled with the utmost care. My belief is that buying or selling a home is a journey. You do not get there in a day. It takes time, information and just the right "destination" for the journey to be complete! My goal is for your journey to be smooth and enjoyable while always keeping in mind that I am helping you with the biggest investment you may make.


My goal is timely communication regarding all phases of your process. Buyers will benefit from up-to-the-minute emails that inform you about new listings as they enter the market. Sellers will receive regular activity summaries that share feedback and web traffic data. All parties will receive market analysis, constant updates, competitor information, and shared details to give you that extra edge. Whatever your preferred manner of communication, I will make sure you are well informed of your progress.

My Certifications...

I believe in staying educated in real estate as it is ever changing.
Managing Broker - Requires extensive training in real estate law, brokerage management, and business management and a separate state exam.
I am a "CRS" – Certified Residential Specialist. This is the platinum standard of certifications. Less than 4% of agents nationally have earned this. It requires performance standards by handling a number of transactions.
SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialists® are REALTORS® qualified to address the needs of home buyers and sellers age 55+. The SRES® Council awards the SRES® Designation to those members who have successfully completed its education program.
SFR - Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Specialist. This is a designation recognized by the National Association of Reators that requires additional education on handling of short sales. I have successfully closed short sales for sellers and buyers and received a NARs (National Association of Realtors) certification for this accomplishment.

Giving back...

Every time I sell a home, a portion of my commission goes to the Windermere Foundation which contributes funds to non-profit organizations dedicated to helping homeless families and community service projects.
